Triple Lipid Restore 2:4:2

Quantity: 1 Unit Price:

£123.00

Ageing skin is increasingly susceptible to lipid depletion: the loss of natural compounds in skin’s surface, present in the form of ceramides, natural cholesterol, and fatty acids. This lipid loss compromises skin’s natural protective barrier, resulting in accelerated signs of ageing, as skin loses its ability to effectively self-repair.

Triple Lipid Restore 2:4:2 is an anti-ageing cream formulated with an optimal concentration of lipids: 2% pure ceramides, 4% cholesterol, and 2% fatty acids. This anti-ageing cream, formulated to support skin’s lipid barrier contains a 2:4:2 cholesterol-dominant ratio and helps restore skin moisture and support the skins natural self-repair process, while leaving ageing skin feeling nourished. Triple Lipid Restore 2:4:2 has been scientifically proven to improve the visible appearance of skin smoothness, laxity, pores, and overall radiance.

This cream is a good product. I usually get redness and itching from most facial creams but not with this one - it is a good buy. My problem with it - too rich for me. Could have smelled nicer though - it has a faint but strange smell of mushrooms.

Q
"Should the AOX Eye Gel be used alone or in conjunction with an eye cream? Should the eye cream go over or under the AOX Eye Gel? "

Laura 42 years

R
From the information I have available it is advised to use an eye cream with the AOX gel. The AOX gel should be applied first before an eye cream.

Q
"I have very sensitive reactive skin - but want something for my deep crows feet and lip lines is this product gentle and suitable for 41 year old peri menopausal lady?"

Gemma 43 years

R
I would start by having a look at Vichy's Neovadiol range as they are specifically formulated for your concern. Within this range, you may wish to look into the Neovadial Compensating Complex Concentrate. You also may wish to look into Vichy's LiftActiv range, and in particular the advaced filler to help you further with your skin concerns. As these products are formulated to help with sensitive skin; you should be fine. Please do let me know if you have any further questions or queries.

Q
"Can the Skinceuticals Resveratrol B E be used with together with the Retinol 1%?"

Laura 42 years

R
This should be fine, yes as these two products should complement each other - Just make sure you follow the application advice carefully with these two products; especially the Retinol 1% as it is important that you only apply this at night and follow this by using an SPF cream during the day. Please do let me know if you have any further questions or queries and I’ll be happy to help you further.

Q
"Hi I get cheilitis very often and would like to know which lip balm is the most suitable for my sensitive lips. Thanks"

Lorraine

R
I would start by having a look at La Roche-Posay's Nutritic Lips as this will help soothe and hydrate your lips throughout the day. However, as this product isn't specifically formulated for your concern; it may be beneficical for you to contact your local GP in order to be prescribed something that will help you frther in regards to the inflamatory side. I hope this helps.

Q
"Do Skinceuticals products have an expiry date? I couldn't find it on the package and therefore concerned if the product is genuine. "

Elena 33 years

R
All of our products have a three year shelf life if stored correctly: in a cool and dry place away from the sunlight. However, if you refer to the back of the product, you will see a jar symbol with the number of months this product must be used by when opened inside; which will indicate its expiry date once opened. Please do let me know if you have any further questions or queries and I’ll be happy to help.

Q
"Is C E Ferulic suitable to be used around the eye area? It feels quite sticky on the eyelids and I'm wondering if that is to be expected. "

Elena 33 years

R
Unfortunately, the CE Ferulic isn’t specifically formulated to be used around the eye contours. As an alternative, I would have a look at the AOX+ Eye Gel which will share similar qualities to the CE Ferulic and has been specifically designed to be used on the eye contour. I hope this helps!

Q
"Hello, I am 32 and I have no wrinkles yet. I don't use any anti-aging products other than spf moisturizers . Is is too early to start on Redermic ? "

T 32 years

R
Hi there, thank you for getting in touch. You may wish to consider the Redermic range; and in particular, the Redermic [R] to help act as a prevention. Alternatively, you could have a look at Vichy’s Idealia range, which is specifically formulated to help boost your skins radiance and help with the very first signs of ageing. I hope this helps and please do let me know how you get on!
